Base
- 8 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 Eggs
- 80 ml Water
- As required Oil
Flour Mixture
- 100 g Flour
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- As required Black pepper
Beat the eggs until smooth with a fork. Add water to it and put it aside.
Mix all the seasonings and flour well in another bowl.
Toss the chicken drumsticks one by one in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, finally toss in the flour mixture again. Make sure it’s fully covered by the flour mixture.
Shake off the excess flour.
Heat oil in a pot to 365°F (180°C) then reduce heat to medium.
Put the flour-coated chicken drumsticks into the oil for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
Place on kitchen towel paper and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch dressing or any sauce you like!
- Marinating the chicken with those seasonings (excluding flour) for an hour could result in a better flavor. Try it if you have time.
- Make sure the oil reaches 365°F (180°C) before putting the chicken inside. Otherwise, your chicken will be too oily and unhealthy.
