Ingredients
  

Base

  • 300 g Boneless chicken thigh
  • 2 servings Fettuccine
  • Some Oil or Butter

Alfredo sauce

  • 150 ml Whipping cream
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves Grated garlic

Seasonings

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Step-by-step Guide

  • Slice and season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and keep them aside.
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 minutes, and drain.
  • Fry the coated chicken pieces with some oil or butter in a skillet.
  • Add the grated garlic cloves and whipping cream. Mix it well.
  • Add the drained fettuccine with Parmesan. Lightly sauté them. Done!

Cooking Tips

  1. Taste before if you are going to add extra salt. It’s to avoid being too salty as Parmesan itself contains salt.
  2. Sauté for a longer period of time with alfredo if there is too much sauce. Or add some pasta water if it’s too dry.
  3. Add more Parmesan if you are a cheeseaholic!
