Base
- 300 g Boneless chicken thigh
- 2 servings Fettuccine
- Some Oil or Butter
Alfredo sauce
- 150 ml Whipping cream
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves Grated garlic
Seasonings
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Slice and season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and keep them aside.
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 minutes, and drain.
Fry the coated chicken pieces with some oil or butter in a skillet.
Add the grated garlic cloves and whipping cream. Mix it well.
Add the drained fettuccine with Parmesan. Lightly sauté them. Done!
- Taste before if you are going to add extra salt. It’s to avoid being too salty as Parmesan itself contains salt.
- Sauté for a longer period of time with alfredo if there is too much sauce. Or add some pasta water if it’s too dry.
- Add more Parmesan if you are a cheeseaholic!
