Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast
Wrapping chicken breast with bacon makes it extremely tasty. Bacon helps retain juice inside the chicken pieces as well as adding crispy texture on the outside. It’s definitely a perfect match!

Base
- 2 pieces Boneless chicken breasts (you can use thighs instead)
- 4-8 pieces Bacon
Stuffing
- As required Feta cheese
- As required Spinach
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- As required Salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly the chicken breasts carefully.
Season all over the chicken breasts.
Stuff the chicken breasts. You can stuff it with anything you like. Here, I used feta cheese and spinach as cheese will make it more flavourful while spinach keeps it fresh. As feta cheese gives a nice salty touch to the chicken, no more salt is needed. But if you use other stuffing, you may need to add some salt.
Simply wrap your chicken breasts in bacon. Make sure to fully cover them with enough bacon pieces but do not overlap. Pin the bacon with toothpicks at the end to avoid them from falling apart.
Drip some oil on the bacon wrapped chicken breasts and bake them at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes. It’s perfectly done when its outside looks golden brown.
- Stuff anything you like in chicken pieces. Mozzarella cheese is also a good choice for stuffing.
- Do not use thick bacon. Otherwise, you need a much longer time to cook until they become crispy.
- You can broil it for 2 minutes after baking which will make it extra crispy.
